Below, you'll find all the details you need to know about how our service operates.

Service Days and Hours

Regular Delivery Days:

  • Tuesday through Thursday 10am-1pm and 4pm-7pm

Premium Delivery Days:

  • Friday and Saturday (Available upon request with 24 hours advance notice. Premium rates apply.)

 

WE PICK UP IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ONLY:

Napa, American Canyon, Fairfield, Vacaville and Winters. 

 

Delivery Slots:

Our delivery slots are in 3-hour increments. This means that your items will be delivered within a specific 3-hour window. For example; if your delivery slot is 10am-1pm your order/orders will be delivered within this time. Please ensure you are available during this time frame to receive your delivery.

Pick-Up and Delivery Instructions

Specific and Detailed Information:
When scheduling a delivery, please provide very specific and detailed instructions regarding your pick-up and delivery locations.
 
Double-Check Your Information:
It is crucial to double-check the information you provide us. This includes your address, preferred delivery time, and contact phone number.
 
Accuracy is Key:
We will not be held liable for any issues resulting from incorrect addresses, times, or phone numbers provided by the customer.

      Delivery Restrictions:

      • Road Conditions: Our drivers cannot drive down dirt or gravel roads. Please arrange to meet the driver at the entrance of your property/resort if your residence or resort location is on these types of road.
      • Resort Deliveries: If you are staying at a resort, please meet our driver at the resort entrance. Inform the office or guard booth at the entrance that you are expecting a delivery to avoid any delays.

       

      Weather and Natural Disasters:

      We operate in a mountainous area where weather conditions can be unpredictable. While we strive to deliver your items on time, please be aware that weather, traffic, or natural disasters may impact our schedule.

       

      Cancellation Policy:

      • Grace Period: You have a 2-hour grace period to cancel your order without any charges.
      • No Refunds After Grace Period: If you cancel after the 2-hour grace period, no refunds will be provided.
